Your happiness is our guarantee. We apologize you're not satisfied with your purchase. If there is something we can do to make it right, please let us know. If not, we will gladly issue a refund for any purchases within the first 30 days. No questions asked.
Once submitted, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. As long as the refund request was made within 30 days of purchase, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a one business day. If your product was purchase with a gift card, we will re-issue a new gift card.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or your bank. It sometimes takes several days before your refund is officially posted.
