READING AT ITS BEST
Transform your child into a SUPER word decoder.
Voweletics provides your young reader with the tools to accurately sound out words using just three simple rules & one easy method. Once the rules are learned, your child can apply them to thousands of words.
EASY AS 1-2-3
Voweletics teaches essential reading skills using multi-sensory learning activities that children and parents love! Voweletics provides a simple, systematic method for sounding out words that is fun and engaging. Our research-based approach ensures the reader understands how and why the vowel sounds are different.

The 26 Voweletics lessons follow the same simple format. Each lesson is broken down into three learning components.
1. INTRODUCTION - Vowel sounds and rules are introduced with vowel characters, character songs, rule songs and charting videos to teach each new skill.
2. ACTIVITIES - An assortment of activities reinforce the vowel skills being taught in the lesson. Activities focus on building decodable vocabulary, reading fluency and spelling.
3. SIGHT WORD PRACTICE - Independent sight word mastery is developed. Children use self-checking audio files to progress at their own rate.
Below you will see the various tools used in each lesson. We are using Lesson 10 as the example. Lesson 10 teaches to a special vowel sound spelled with the letters er ir ur.
1. INTRODUCTION
CHARACTER INTRODUCTION
Voweletics gets your child excited to learn.
Each new Voweletics lesson gets kicked off with the Character Introduction. Voweletics characters serve as the guide words for particular vowel sounds. Your child will identify with the characters and remember the vowel sounds by associating with the character. These short audio files bring each character to life and encourage the use of imagination.
Meet Fern! Fern owns Fern's Cafe on Main Street in Readersville. She is the vowel character found in Lesson 10 and helps to teach a special vowel sound spelled with er ir ur.
CHARACTER SONG
Songs are loved by children and approved by parents.
Each Voweletics character has its own Character Song. These creative songs from varying genres were especially created for the Voweletics program. They provide a fun and memorable way for children to learn. Your child will identify with the characters through their songs; helping them to recall the vowel sound the character helps to teach.
It's time to get your groove on. We guarantee your toes will be tapping, and you'll have a smile on your face after listening to Fern Start Stir'n.

RULE SONG
Catchy tunes make rules easy to remember.
Rule songs teach when to use different vowel sounds heard in words. The rules are visually represented on color-coded charts and provide a quick reference for deciphering correct vowel sounds. These charts are used repeatedly throughout the program.

CHARTING PRACTICE
Put a stop to guessing at words.
Charting Practice teaches each lesson. In these videos, your child will learn how to use the Voweletics method to accurately sound out words. When children understand how & why different vowel sounds are heard, they can duplicate their knowledge in reading thousands of words and not rely on memorization when reading and spelling.
The Charting Practice videos average less than 10 minutes of teaching instruction. Watch a short excerpt of this Charting Practice to see how your child will chart a word.
