If your child is of 3rd grade age+, struggles with fluency and sounding out words, the Foundational Course can serve as catch-up for the phonetic piece he or she is missing.

If your child is of kindergarten age and is already an early reader, can recognize the letters of the alphabet and their associated sounds, can sound out three-letter words; he or she is most probably ready to start the Foundational Course. It would serve as an enrichment course.
